The accommodation consists of:

Entrance Porch and Hall.

Large kitchen/dining room - fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser and an internet radio.

Utility Room with washing machine, tumble drier and pulley drier. Boiler supplying heating and hot water.

Downstairs cloakroom with shower.

Large sitting room with satellite TV, video and DVD player. There is a multi fuel stove.  Leading from this is an additional garden sitting room with seating, a small table,  CD player and French doors to the rear gardens.

Good supply of maps, walking guides, books, games, puzzles and videos/DVD s.

Master suite with super-king bed and ensuite shower room with underfloor heating. Satellite TV and internet clock radio. 

Large bedroom with 3 full-size single beds .

Small single bedroom.

All bedrooms have stunning views across Loch Shieldaig.

Family bathroom with original antique claw foot bath and underfloor heating. Views of Ben Shieldaig.

There is ample storage in the bedrooms and bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is equipped to a high standard throughout.

All fuel is supplied.

There is a telephone in the Hall and Master bedroom and UK landline calls are free, provided that they are less than 60 minutes duration. Please note that there is no mobile phone reception in the house although a good signal can be obtained a few yards down the road  by Nanny,s shop.

The house has a broadband wi-fi network for internet access - bring your own laptop.

The enclosed front garden with picnic bench borders the beach.

There is a rear patio with garden furniture and extensive terraced gardens.


Parents please note - there is a small burn (stream) running across the rear garden about 20 metres from the house - in summer this rarely contains much water  but that is not the case at other times of year when it can be up to  0.5 metres deep.
